Baby's First Fruit Puree

Oat flakes or baby oat flakes are also ideally suited to being mixed in. Other kinds of biscuits will also provide this sweet and extremely delicious puree with different kinds of flavour. Try out different kinds and see which suits your child's sweet tooth best.
- 1 banana
- 2 milk arrowroot biscuits
- 2 tbsp. milk

Instructions:
- Peel the bananas and mash them with a fork in a large bowl until they form a mushy puree. Then stir in a little milk until the mixture has a nice, creamy consistency.
- The best way to smash the arrowroot biscuits into small pieces is by placing them in a freezer bag (or something similar) and crushing them with a blunt object. (It's even easier if you use a food processor.)
- Mix the biscuit crumbs into the banana puree.
