Mybaby Sleeptime
All babies are different, and so too are their sleeping patterns. From 3 months, a baby should
be sleeping around 15 hours a day and most babies start to sleep through the night at 6 months.
Below are some simple steps to help your baby sleep soundly:
Make a clear difference between daytime naps and bedtime
Stick to the same bedtime routine every night
Soak baby in a warm bath. Afterwards gently massage your
baby’s arms and legs with baby oil or lotion
Dim the lights and give lots of cuddles while you feed and settle
your baby
Say goodnight and leave, even if your baby grizzles. Pop back
every now and then to check on your baby until he/she eventually
drifts off to sleep
